We accept payment by check, Visa, Master Card or we can bill your order to your open account. All invoices are payable within 15 days. Orders under $50 are subject to a small handling fee of $7.50. PRICE POLICY:
At Sunshine you will always receive our lowest possible price at the time of purchase. We will make every effort to maintain prices for the duration of a catalog, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers' price adjustments. We will also make every effort to supply you with the products listed in this catalog in accordance with availability of products from the manufacturer.
OUR GUARANTEE:
If you have purchased a product that is defective or does not perform reasonably satisfactorily, we will provide you with a credit, exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy listed below:
RETURN POLICY:
To arrange for a return, simply contact our office by phone (1-888-638-8831), fax (734-293-7505) or e-mail. A return must meet the following criteria:
- All products must be returned in their original container or package, in clean and saleable condition.
- All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice, and a description of the problem.
- Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shortages or errors in shipping must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date to issue credit.
- Special order items: Products that wwe do not ordinarily stock are not returnable!
- Kodak X-Ray Film must be returned directly to Kodak, and cannot be returned to us. Please call the Kodak Dentalline at 1-800-933-8031.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
We require a 50% downpayment on any items not listed in our catalog.
